Viktor&Rolf have created Flowerbomb Bloom with the original fragrance very much in mind. This time around however, they wanted to steer in a slightly different direction. Unlike the first fragrance which can be described as powerful and feminine, Bloom focuses on experiences and senses. The new release does not make you think so much of an empowered woman, but instead the delightful season which is spring. The idea of Flowerbomb Bloom is to be able to imagine you are running through a field of fresh flowers. The brand have bottled the season of Spring. Allowing the wearer to escape, to enjoy a breath of fresh air through the fragrance itself.
The first fragrance from Viktor&Rolf is adored by many, who I am sure will be more than excited by this long awaited release. The brand have not disappointed, Bloom has a familiarity to the original but also enough to set itself apart. I am incredibly particular when it comes to fragrance. I have to say, I think I prefer this to the original. Quite the claim, I know, but go smell it and tell me it isn’t delightful!
